The sales team started out strong the truck had a bad abs sensor and it took over a week to fix when was told it would be two days and then the day they delivered it there was another sensor bad that was bad before they dropped it off so the short of it is your service department is horrible and now to where your sales team fell short it's been just over 4 week now still waiting for floor mats and a 2nd key that was promise to me and no one wants to return my phone calls or text messages.

I had originally had an appointment on Wednesday. Once I got there the service agent (male) was up front and told me that due to overbooking and shorter staff than normal it would be about 2-2.5 hours to get my oil change and tire rotation. he could see that I wasn't going to do that and got me rescheduled for that Friday. I arrived and was checked in promptly and said they would get to me as fast as they could. it was maybe 45 minutes to an hour, and I was told I was ready to go. The same man that took care of me on Wednesday was going to take care of my checking out. I had an email that was to get me a free oil change. As he looked for the process to so he could not find the cheat sheet. I found out later that he did know the way that the dealership would give the first oil change and tire rotation on them. As he clicked on the computer, he got to the point for me to sign and then said it was all good. I said I was ready to pay for the tire rotation and he said, "Nope it's all done. You waited long enough and for the inconvenience we got it all. You can save your money today." Imagine my surprise at this. Then again, I think he remembered that I had already been there once that week and normally everything goes as planned. To make up for the issue as he felt this was the way to say thank you for being patient and kind. My Colorado ZR2 was ready and clean to go. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last time coming here for a service or vehicle purchase as I am moving out of state. Going back to Michigan permanently.

Worst service experience i have ever had. Found out that a 1 hour oil change and tire rotation takes 3 1/2 hours. due to over booking by outsourced appointment policy. while waiting for vehicle realized that even though I had been at the dealership prior to others, their oil changes were completed and they had already left the dealership. Then to top it all, when I got home, I found out that the tire pressure reading on dash was not working. Called dealership and was told to return it to the dealer. Returned to dealer and was told that it had fallen between the cracks and I was not notified that sensor battery was weak and needed to be replaced. I could not understand why the sensor reading was fine when I entered the dealership but suddenly after tire rotation it wasn't. Vehicle is only 4 years old and the batteries in the sensors have a life expectancy of 5 to 7 years. Until Ownership changes it's appointment policies and starts having consideration for it's service customers I will be finding another dealership for service.

I have visited the repair shop twice. The second visit was for the same issue I encountered when I initially brought the vehicle in. It took a week for the shop to inform me that the car was ready, but I still have the same problem with the car. I took it to the dealership because I genuinely expected them to properly fix the issue, but I still do not have the problem resolved.

Came in with a punctured tire on my practically brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado and was 1,000 miles from home. Dave got me in (as a walk-in), helped with my coverage, and got me a new tire within a couple of hours. I was stressed pretty bad for that day to be the start of our annual beautiful Florida vacation. Dave should be an inspiration to all who want to see a good work ethic in action. SUV still has lights illuminated on dash for ABS, Brakes and Traction control. We were told that it's because of the mobility lift on back of SUV. Lights did not start coming on for 10 days. If it was the lift, it would have done it right away. I have spoken to other owners, including Buick and GMC and they have the same set up I have with no Issues. Something is wrong with THIS vehicle. I need it to be FIXED. Could be wheel speed sensor, ABS module or ???.

Omar was easy to work with. One ended up with the vehicle I wanted. I did ask for more out of my trade and was told 17 was maxed..was very disappointed to see if selling for 23k. Definitely feel as if I could of got more at the other dealership had I waited the week for the truck to arrive. I know everyone needs to make money but I purchased a new vehicle with warranty you guys could of done better on that. I will most likely return to the other dealership in a few years because of that. I feel as if that was definitely an unfair value.

I had an appointment on Monday 7/21 at 11am. When I checked in for my appointment I turned in paperwork for my extended warranty and mentioned it included rental coverage so I needed the car to be diagnosed so the claim could we put it. My car wasn’t looked at until Tuesday 7/22 around 11am so 24hrs later. In addition to that the claim wasn’t entered until Wednesday around 11am, so it took 48hrs for the vehicle to be diagnosed and the claim to be turned it. This caused me to have to come out of pocket $70 for a rental car for a day. I was told Wednesday that the warranty company only approved $500 of the $750 for parts but wasn’t told why that is. When I spoke with the warranty company they told me they spoke with the service department and it was because they quoted above market pricing for the parts. I also asked if the car would be fixed by Friday in case I needed to extend the rental car and was told the parts are coming from North Carolina so it should be, I took this as the parts were already ordered before I approved this. I picked up the car on Thursday evening and it has been half fixed. It takes the car around 20 minutes for the A/C to blow cold air and sometimes it doesn’t even do that. There’s a loud whistling sound when it blows now as well.

After several attempts and requests for assistance to bring my inoperable vehicle in for service due to not being able to start or jump start a faulty battery, after establishing battery is under warranty and likely the culprit to the issue, I was denied and left to fend for myself. Told to bring the vehicle in and will help you then. Good luck 🤞 Once I had the vehicle brought in at my expense, it was determined as expected to be under warranty for a bad batter and battery was replaced (no charge) yet, the aggravating hurdle was that I arranged for the vehicle to be towed for service. GM - take note and suggest model a service offered by Mercedes-Benz. Provided the vehicle has been serviced by a dealership within the previous 12 months or a service under warranty, roadside assistance is offered to bring a disabled vehicle in for service. Tow service can be sorted out accordingly afterwards. C Considering a customer is asking for assistance should be the initial strive for customer satisfaction. Considering the vehicle is on file and a history of service at your service department. Standing behind a product sold and or a service department speaks volumes to a loyal GM customer and their satisfaction goes above all others. Most dealership pride themselves as being better then their competition however, I feel Dyer Chevrolet fell short on initial customer service and to remind themselves without customers there will be no need for service. "We can always do better"

Service department has poor customer service was told to bring the vehicle in at 8 AM on a Tuesday did not get looked at till Wednesday. Part had to be ordered was told they would be here Wednesday the next week. They didn’t get there till Saturday in the meantime, the mechanic that was working on a vehicle quit so my truck sat in the parking lot for a week with parts with no one working on it tried calling multiple times getting updates. No one would give an update or call back Finally had to reach out to a manager or a higher up to look into it and everything got resolved immediately.

This is the first time I have ever enjoyed purchasing a car from any dealership and that is absolutely awesome! Mr. Davis Dlugokecki was super friendly and assured me that I would have a haggle free experience at Dyer Chevrolet during a prior off site conversation. Based off the way he carries himself and his personality I truly believed him and took him at his word. When my wife and I arrived to the dealership on the day we purchased her 2026 Chevrolet Trax new car we were greeted by other salesman outside. One of them told me that Davis was inside and expecting us. After going inside we first received a warm welcome and then escorted to a desk. Davis then introduced Dawson Young to us and reassured us that he would take good care of us and that he is a trustworthy colleague. From the start Dawson was very polite and made us comfortable and established genuine rapport. In other words, he exhibited natural characteristics of being and great guy to get to know. Dawson answered all of our questions with ease throughout the vehicle test drives and interacted phenomenally with my 4 years old grandson Landon and my daughter Jasmine. He made us feel at peace throughout the entire car buying experience and we are so grateful for getting the opportunity to get to know him. After making sure things like Onstar and so was set up with my wife’s new car we prayed for God bless him to continue to do well in all that he does. Kenneth Giger was super friendly as well and made sure we were informed of all the financing option available to us and we are so thankful for that. Service after the sales has been nothing short of amazing and Dawson has stayed in contact with us. Throughout our entire experience we never felt pressured or mislead by any of these guys. This entire experience was like a breath of fresh air, unlike a previous experience we had at another dealership in Sanford the led to my wife crying because the salesman actually lied to us We definitely recommend any and all to come to Dyer Chevrolet if they want an enjoyable like we had. I look forward to return down the road to purchase myself a new truck at some point.

I told the man at the service check-in that I only wanted an oil change. He repeated, only an oil change. He then proceeded to put me down for an oil change, tire rotation, and an oil additive, without my knowledge. When I checked out, there was a different man at the counter and he said, you got an oil change, tire rotation, and an oil additive. I said, no only an oil change. He looked confused and wanted the first man to check me out. I said the the first man, I'm not paying for anything I didn't ask for, he lied said, "you're not". I looked at my receipt later and I had indeed received all three things, and was charged $25 for the oil additive. I went back to the dealership and asked to speak to a manager. Corey was the person that spoke to me. He listened to what I was explaining. He went in the back to see what they had done to my car. He came back and said they did all three things, oil change, tire rotation, and oil additive. I have been told not to use an oil additive in a newer car, which is why I said oil change ONLY. Corey said they would take the cost of the oil additive off, and then said they would reimburse me for the whole oil change. Which was very generous. I knew I owed for the oil change, but was furious about them putting an additive in my car without my knowledge, and having the gall to charge me for it. BUT, the worst part is the service man lied about it all. Yes, he made a sale for you at the time, but that sale was reimbursed to me, so he actually cost you money. I wouldn't have anyone working for me who would lie to customers.

Disappointed in service. Was there for a 120K service, They did an oil change and replaced spark plugs. I specifically asked for the tires to be rotated and the brake pads to be inspected. Even though it is free with oil change. That did not happen!
